"Dreaming" is a term I used first more than 4 years ago, while researching Intersubjective Awareness practices for the thesis I wrote while earning my Master's degree. You can download the thesis here if you're interested, and find a summary and reading guide here.
In the most advanced of these practices, groups would experience a state I began calling "Collective Lucid Dreaming," a powerful state in which the group's awareness was centered in a 'We-focused' way, and where it was clear that the group was one with the creative process bringing the world around them about.
There are many different Intersubjective Awareness practices (which just means practices like meditation that focus on awareness "between subjects" or "between people") that lead towards or touch on what I call Dreaming, and my intuition says that something along these lines is going to become a powerful methodology for groups in powering their organizations, and making and re-making the world.
I'm beginning to bring together people who are interested in experiencing these group states, who want to bring Dreaming into their own lives, and who want to step into the practical side of Dreaming in a group as well.
If you're interested, you can reach out for more information, schedule an introductory Dreaming session, or sign up for the Dreaming Newsletter below.
